At EliteFour Trading, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where applicable.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
Sealed Products
All sealed products must be returned in their original unopened and factory-sealed condition.
We are unable to accept returns for sealed products that have been opened, unsealed, tampered with, or otherwise altered after delivery.
The only exception is where a sealed product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or defective due to a manufacturing issue or supplier fault. In such cases, we may request photographs and additional information before authorising a return or replacement.
Returns of opened sealed products that are not faulty may be refused and returned to the customer.
Trading Card Products
Due to the nature of trading card products, we cannot guarantee the contents, rarity, condition, pull rates, or value of cards contained within sealed products.
Products cannot be returned or refunded based on dissatisfaction with the contents received.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
When reporting a damaged or faulty item, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage or fault
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a suitable resolution once the issue has been verified.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless faulty:
- Opened sealed trading card products
- Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
- Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper handling
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Where a return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If a return is approved due to an item being faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, EliteFour Trading may reimburse reasonable return postage costs or provide a prepaid return label where appropriate.
