Returns & Refunds Policy

At EliteFour, we're committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

14-Day Returns

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Be returned with all original packaging.
  • Include any accessories supplied with the product.

Sealed Products

Sealed Pokémon, One Piece and other trading card products may only be returned if they remain completely unopened and factory sealed.

Opened sealed products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or supplied in error.


Card Care Products

For hygiene and quality assurance, Kurt's Card Care products and other card care items may only be returned if they remain unused and unopened.

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Faulty or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where possible, include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We'll work with you to provide a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.


Return Shipping

If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you're responsible for the return postage costs.

If we've made a mistake or your item is faulty, EliteFour will cover the reasonable cost of return postage.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, this can take between 5–10 working days to appear.
